“Il nostro assetto non prevedeva un’emergenza di questo tipo, abbiamo adottato un decreto legge che man mano ha adottato a sua volta specifiche misure, tenendo conto dello sviluppo del coronavirus. Stiamo provando a dosare le misure di contagio e di prevenire esso, con il nuovo decreto legge abbiamo reso chiare determinati fattori. Periodicamente io riferirò sulle misure adottate al parlamento, in modo che anche esso possa seguire in maniera precisa tutto ciò che sta facendo il governo per contenere il virus. Abbiamo regolamentato anche il rapporto tra il governo e le regioni, lasciamo che i presidenti delle regioni possono adottare provvedimenti, misure restrittive e magari anche più severe, seppur rimane la voglia di omogeneità e di coordinamento.
A livello sanzionatorio, abbiamo introdotto una multa che va da 400 euro a 3000 euro se violiamo le regole del codice della strada. C’è quindi questa sanzione pecuniaria ancor maggiore. Sono soddisfatto e orgoglioso che tutti gli italiani stanno avendo. Le forze dell’ordine stanno facendo un ottimo lavoro e stanno monitorando in maniera attenta.
